A user can’t recover an email classified as spam, the buttons aren’t clickable and a message appears:
Only the manager can recover emails classified as spam but they can also give their users the right to do so.
To do this, log in to your Mailinblack personal area and go to Access my manager area, which you will find at the top right of your screen by clicking on your Surname and First name.
From your admin area, click the Settings menu on the left.
In the Security section, you can change the authorisations and allow certain categories of messages to be recovered, like spam.
