I haven’t received my report of blocked emails; what should I do?

Log in to your Mailinblack personal area and go to Edit my account at the top right of your screen by clicking on your Surname and First name.

In the Set up my blocked email reports category, an information bubble shows the date of the last report that was generated and sent:

If no report has been sent since, it’s because you had no new email pending or newsletter to display.
If you haven’t received the report by the specified date, check if it is in your junk mailbox.
